All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand partners, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

We do, however, offer store credit for eligible issues as outlined below.


🛍️ Store Credit Eligibility

Store credit may be issued if:

- Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

- You report the issue within 7 days of delivery

- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless there is a production defect.


🚫 Not Eligible for Store Credit

We cannot offer store credit for:

- Incorrect size selection (please refer to sizing charts before ordering)

- Delays caused by shipping carriers

- Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

- Minor color or design variations due to screen or print settings


📧 How to Request Store Credit

To request store credit for a defective or misprinted item, email us at info@risetrainingacademy.com within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll issue you a store credit to use on any future purchase. Please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
